At Fibra Plus, we are committed to being an active agent in local development, making community investments that have a positive impact in the regions where we are present. We are aware of our role as a corporation in driving economic, social and ecological progress in the communities where we develop our real estate activities.
We invest time and resources in projects and initiatives that bring tangible benefits to the communities in which we operate.
Fibra Plus is proud to collaborate with Fundación Construyendo y Creciendo A.C., an organization dedicated to promoting academic and professional development for construction workers.
During 2023, we are continuing our Aula Condesa initiative, providing construction workers with opportunities to complete their education at the middle and high school levels.
The Aula Condesa program has provided an increasing number of people with access to educational and training programs, expanding both their academic and professional prospects and opportunities, all in collaboration with key partners such as the Construyendo y Creciendo Foundation.
Inclúyeme Foundation is an organization that promotes and implements actions, from a rights-based approach, which affect the full inclusion of adults with intellectual disabilities in all spheres of their environment and contribute to improving their quality of life.
Within all the activities that we manage in the foundation, we have the Adult Life service that promotes the autonomy of people with intellectual disabilities, so that they enjoy an independent life, access to employment and full inclusion in society and the community.
These activities are focused on improving skills at home, socially and at work, these range from planning activities to achieve a daily routine through their supports that are worked individually (these can be visual, technological, written or architectural). This is done through an individualized planning, which are working with objectives and activities that are reviewed on a monthly basis.
In Construyendo y Creciendo we seek that our students exercise their right to education, and this has been possible through the installation of the Espacio Condesa classroom project, which has allowed students to enhance their educational, employment and health opportunities through the 3 strategic lines: Continuing Education, Education for Employability and Education for Health.
Throughout the intervention in Espacio Condesa we have contributed to 90 people accessing the right to education and thanks to these training processes we have impacted a total of 360 indirect beneficiaries. The attention to students has had a great impact, reaching 77 men and 13 women.

This is an annual event aimed at all the company's employees, focused on fostering integration and teamwork, sharing information and aligning objectives, and promoting the approach to sustainability issues. In its first edition, a better integration among employees was achieved, the importance of water care and the creation of vegetable gardens at home was addressed, and the progress of corporate objectives was reported, marking an important milestone in the company's commitment to sustainability and the well-being of its team.
With each new edition of Plus Day, Fibra Plus aims not only to celebrate the values and successes we share as a team, but also to encourage and motivate our employees to conquer new horizons and challenges. This event symbolizes our ongoing commitment to personal and professional growth within a framework of sustainability and corporate responsibility.
Every day blood is required by people who unfortunately have suffered some misfortune. In Mexico the percentage of altruistic donors is 3% and the rest of the donors are called by replacement or family members, hence the importance of promoting blood donation, an essential liquid to live.
Fibra Plus has conducted a blood donation campaign for two consecutive years in alliance with the Mexican Red Cross.
During our first day in August 2022, we had the participation of 13 employees, eight of whom were able to make this gesture of solidarity.
In May 2023, our second donation campaign was held. On this occasion, an awareness talk was given prior to the event, with emphasis on the benefits generated by this action.
During this campaign, out of the 15 volunteer collaborators, four were eligible to donate.
At Fibra Plus, we know the importance of this act of generosity that saves lives and improves the health of donors, so we will continue to promote this activity within our social practices.
