
Throughout 2023, we updated our Materiality Matrix, built on the integration of the critical issues of both Fibra Plus and FIBRA HD. Through this Materiality assessment, we conducted a deep exploration and evaluation of the possible effects of our activities in essential areas, seeking to obtain a clearer understanding of the perception and valuation of these issues by our stakeholders.
To ensure a complete and detailed perspective, we conducted consultations with both internal and external stakeholders. This process allowed us to identify and prioritize the issues of greatest importance and strategic relevance to our company. These crucial points were selected for their importance in achieving our business goals and meeting the expectations and requirements of our stakeholders.
Reinforcing Fibra Plus' commitment to the adoption and execution of sustainability policies, our Sustainability Committee is responsible for overseeing and updating the implementation of the Trust's environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategy. This body facilitates the exchange with stakeholders to align expectations; monitors the social and ecological effects of our activities; and develops our ESG strategy, with the support of the corresponding departments.

People's health and well-being have always been our priority. In alliance with the Red Cross, we conducted a successful blood donation campaign at our facilities. The objective was to encourage donation and ensure the supply of safe, quality blood for those in need.
